Pool Villa Kemani boasts a 8m x 4m private swimming pool with Roman End and ladder. The pool is regularly cleaned and maintained. You can relax on the terraces around the pool with sunloungers and umbrellas or soak up the sun on one of the balconies surrounding the villa. There is a patio table and chairs located on the terrace, as the nights in Cyprus can be quite warm.
Kitchen The large kitchen/dining area is fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven, large fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and a microwave as well as a full range of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. You will receive a welcome pack on arrival containing essential items such as milk, bread, tea bags, sugar, water, butter, eggs, juice and a bottle of wine. There is a dining table and chairs in the kitchen which can seat up to 6 people.
Living Room The sitting room is spacious and airy with an open fireplace. There are two comfortable sofas, coffee tables, a TV, DVD player and Video player with a comprehensive selection of DVD's and video's. Patio doors open onto a paved poolside area.
Master Bedroom The master bedroom is spacious, light and airy with air conditioning. There is a king sized bed, bedside cabinets with lamps, chest of drawers and chairs. There is a large en-suite with W.C, washbasin, shaving point and shower. A walk-in wardrobe allows you to store all your possessions and there is a safe. The bedroom has doors leading onto a large balcony equipped with table and chairs. There is plenty of room for private sunbathing and offers views of the Mediterranean sea about 2 miles to the North and Turkey on a clear day. There is also access to a further balcony on the West side of the villa which offers views of the Bellapais mountains.
Bedroom 2 Downstairs A ground floor bedroom with twin single beds, bedside cabinets, a wardrobe and chest of drawers. The room is equipped with a ceiling fan for your comfort.
Bedroom 3 Upstairs Upstairs bedroom 2 has two single beds, bedside cabinets, lamps, wardrobes with plenty of storage space and a dressing table. This bedroom has air conditioning and is adjacent to the family bathroom. There are lovely views of the mountains from this bedroom.
Bedroom 4 Downstairs Downstairs bedroom 4 has a double bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe with plenty of storage space and a chest of drawers with mirror.
Bathrooms The downstairs bathroom has a washbasin, W.C and shower. The family bathroom is spacious with bath with shower attachment, washbasin and W.C. There is a cupboard for your toiletries, mirror and shaving point. The On-Suite bathroom for the Master Bedroom has W.C, washbasin, shaving point and shower as well as a cupboard for your toiletries.
Garden Villa Kemani is situated in a plot of just over a donum, with lovely gardens, and outdoor seating areas. Flowers are in bloom most of the year, and the garden also boasts a Barbeque area and driveway. Views of Ozankoy, Bellapais and the beautiful North Cyprus sea can be seen from the balconies.
